Lively Mind™ Program
Level: Moderate Cognitive Decline
Lively Mind™ targets individuals who may have been diagnosed with mild or early-stage dementia. Decreased memory of recent events, problems in performing sequential tasks and difficulties with mental arithmetic may be noted. They generally require some assistance with independent living.
Sessions: Program consists of 24 one-hour sessions delivered twice per week
Program Package includes: Training for site facilitators, Sourcebook with introductory DVD, 1,650 laminated activity sheets, Geo-boards and bands for visual spatial activities, Administrative Resources CD and unlimited technical assistance. This program has sufficient materials to serve 10 participants.
